It all began with Delilah and we feel truly blessed to have continued to own English Mastiffs since. She is why we are living out our long awaited dream to raise and show Mastiffs. Delilah has given our lives so much happiness. She has been a true best friend with her unconditional love for us. She is the center of attention in every crowd.  We carefully waited until our lives were ready to open our home to having this idea of have many mastiffs become real and we are thankful that we had the time to learn about this breed before doing so. Owning an English Mastiff is very special because they are so loyal and loving. We’ve had fun through the years taking them everywhere and our favorite outing is to Coronado dog beach. It is a shared joy all around.   

          Through jointed efforts we work to preserve this wonderful breed. It begins by extensive health testing and research of the lines to see what has the best temperaments along with the known mastiffs’ traits of large, proportional correct head and bodies. Our family is made up of us, Jaimee' and Chris, with our two boys, Jamason and Preston + our extended Mastiff Family. We hope that the efforts made by Alpine Mastiffs will be appreciated and continued to keep this gentle breed as healthy and sound as one can be. This is not only a passion but our family.  When you come to visit us you will see how much we love to share our home with all of them .If you do come don’t wear your best white pants because we allow them to greet everyone at our door. Once you come inside if you can grab a seat before they do then expect they will try to squeeze into any place they can. They are very well socialized and are part of our home, Alpine. They go on walks with us to the store, dress up for Halloween and go trick or treating, dog beach day or just good ol’ car rides with their giant heads hanging out the window, our community just adores them. Chris and I come from animal loving families and the love lives on in our family. We are located in the Alpine mountains of eastern San Diego. Our home is surrounded by the vast views of San Diego’s mountains. Our mastiffs have open reign to our home and property even our bed!! Our two children, Jamason and Preston (3 & 2 yrs old)  were born with having mastiffs as part of their home and family. Our boys are learning that their puppy friends grow very quickly but still are their gentle friends. It is very fun raising children and mastiffs together, as they are all our kids.
